結(jié)合已有工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)與經(jīng)典構(gòu)造,擬定了兩個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)方案,根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)層的最小施工厚度、材料、水文、交通量以及施工機(jī)具的功能因素,初步確定路面結(jié)構(gòu)組合與各厚度如下:
方案一:4cm細(xì)粒式SMA
57cm中粒式AC10cm粗粒式AC?粗粒式ATB基層18cm級(jí)配碎石
以瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石基層為設(shè)計(jì)層。
方案二:5cm細(xì)粒式AC6cm中粒式AC
9cm粗粒式ATB
25cm水泥穩(wěn)定碎石?水泥石灰砂礫土
以水泥石灰砂礫土為設(shè)計(jì)層。
3路面材料配合比設(shè)計(jì)和設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的確定
3.1材料的確定
剛性材料、柔性材料取自沿線料場集合料瀝青選自A級(jí)90號(hào),技術(shù)指標(biāo)符合《公路瀝青路面施工技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JTGF40201*)相關(guān)規(guī)定。
3.2路面材料抗壓回彈模量的確定

擬定20℃和15℃的抗壓回彈模量,見表3-1

5驗(yàn)算防凍層厚度
方案一:瀝青層厚度21cm總62cm,滿足防凍大于50cm要求。方案二:瀝青層厚度19cm總68cm,滿足防凍大于50cm要求。
196方案比選
從經(jīng)濟(jì)方面考慮,方案二經(jīng)濟(jì)投入較小,但是方案一是柔性路面,在應(yīng)力應(yīng)變傳遞協(xié)調(diào)過度方面比較順利,結(jié)構(gòu)排水良好。方案二半剛性基層路面表面易開裂形成較多橫向裂縫,減小壽命。故選方案一。
