3.內(nèi)容及實(shí)訓(xùn)步驟:(1)測(cè)74LS48的功能測(cè)74LS48的功能,直接將七個(gè)共陰極的發(fā)光二極管與74LS48的輸出端連接,然后再一一檢測(cè)。①器件檢測(cè)。用萬(wàn)用表歐姆檔測(cè)量連接導(dǎo)線的好壞,然后將這些導(dǎo)線將發(fā)光二極管與電源+5V連接,檢測(cè)發(fā)光二極管的好壞。②74LS48檢測(cè)。a.將集成塊輸出端與發(fā)光二極管連接起來(lái),同時(shí)用鉛筆做上記號(hào),標(biāo)注a-g的字母。然后再將輸入端與開(kāi)關(guān)(共地)連接起來(lái),Vcc、GND分別接電源+5V和地。b.讓試燈輸入端,滅燈輸入端分別接低電平和高電平,如果所有的發(fā)光二極管都亮,說(shuō)明集成塊是好的。c.再測(cè)試集成塊其它的功能,功能表如下:功能或數(shù)字滅燈試燈動(dòng)態(tài)滅零0123456789輸入LT×011111111111RBI××01×××××××××A3××00000000001A2××00001111000A1××00010011001A0××00100001000BI/RBI0(輸入)101111111111輸出a0101011011110b0101111101110c0101101111110d0101011010111e0101010000101f0101000110110g0100011110111顯示字形滅燈滅燈(2)組成一個(gè)將二進(jìn)制(BCD碼)譯成以十進(jìn)制數(shù)方式顯示的電路由于74LS48正常工作時(shí)輸出的是高電平,而本數(shù)字實(shí)驗(yàn)箱上的七段顯示器是共陽(yáng)極的,所以要將輸出電平反向后才輸入到顯示器中。74LS04中含有六個(gè)反向器,因此此試驗(yàn)要用兩片。a.在應(yīng)用74LS04之前,還是需要逐個(gè)的對(duì)每個(gè)反向器進(jìn)行檢測(cè),以判斷所有的反向器是不是都是好的。方法是在一個(gè)反向器輸入端接開(kāi)關(guān),輸出端接發(fā)光二極管,同時(shí)Vcc和GND分別接+5V和地,然后將開(kāi)關(guān)波動(dòng),輸入高電平時(shí),二極管不亮;輸入低電平時(shí),二極管亮。b.在檢測(cè)74LS48的功能的基礎(chǔ)上,按照電路圖將74LS48和74LS04、七段共陽(yáng)極顯示器連接起來(lái)。然后改變各輸入端的狀態(tài),觀察顯示器的變化,記錄的結(jié)果如上。4.實(shí)訓(xùn)總結(jié)與分析⑴由實(shí)驗(yàn)可知,若當(dāng)BI/RBO做輸入端時(shí),且BI=0時(shí),無(wú)論輸入狀體如何,顯示都為零。⑵當(dāng)試燈輸入LT=0時(shí),,BI/RBO是輸出端,且RBO=1,此時(shí)所有顯示段都發(fā)亮,顯示字形“8”。所以該輸入端可用于檢查74LS48本身及顯示器的好壞。⑶當(dāng)RBI=0、LT=1、輸入代碼A3A2A1A0=0000時(shí),數(shù)碼段無(wú)任何顯示。

四、實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容

1、數(shù)據(jù)選擇器的使用

將數(shù)據(jù)選擇器的地址信號(hào)A2、A1、A0作為函數(shù)的輸入變量,數(shù)據(jù)輸入D0~D7作為控制信

號(hào),控制各最小項(xiàng)在輸出邏輯函數(shù)中是否出現(xiàn),使能端EN始終保持低電平,這樣,八選一數(shù)據(jù)選擇器就成為一個(gè)三變量的函數(shù)產(chǎn)生器。

(1)用八選一數(shù)據(jù)選擇器74LS151產(chǎn)生邏輯函數(shù)

將表達(dá)式寫(xiě)為:L=m1D1+m3D3+m6D6+m7D7

該式符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)表達(dá)式,顯然令D1、D3、D5、D7都應(yīng)該等于1,而式中沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)的最小項(xiàng)m0、m2、m4、m5,他們的控制信號(hào)D0、D2、D4、D5都應(yīng)該等于0。由此可畫(huà)出該邏輯函數(shù)產(chǎn)生器的邏輯圖。

(一)555集成定時(shí)器的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)和邏輯功能

1.內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)及邏輯功能

圖1為555時(shí)基電路的電路結(jié)構(gòu)和8腳雙列直插式的引腳圖,由圖可知555電路由電阻分壓器、電壓比較器、基本RS觸發(fā)器、放電管和輸出緩沖器5個(gè)部分組成。它的各個(gè)引腳功能如下:

1腳:GND(或Vss)外接電源負(fù)端VSS或接地,一般情況下接地。

8腳:VCC(或VDD)外接電源VCC,雙極型時(shí)基電路VCC的范圍是4.5~16V,CMOS型時(shí)基電路VCC的范圍為3~18V。一般用5V。

3腳:OUT(或Vo)輸出端。2腳:TR低觸發(fā)端。6腳:TH高觸發(fā)端。

4腳:R是直接清零端。當(dāng)R端接低電平,則時(shí)基電路不工作,此時(shí)不論TR、TH處于何電平,時(shí)基電路輸出為“0”,該端不用時(shí)應(yīng)接高電平。

5腳:CO(或VC)為控制電壓端。若此端外接電壓,則可改變內(nèi)部?jī)蓚(gè)比較器的基準(zhǔn)電壓,當(dāng)該端不用時(shí),應(yīng)將該端串入一只0.01μF電容接地,以防引入干擾。

7腳:D放電端。該端與放電管集電極相連,用做定時(shí)器時(shí)電容的放電。電阻分壓器由三個(gè)5kΩ的等值電阻串聯(lián)而成。電阻分壓器為比較器C1、C2提供參考電壓,比較器C1的參考電壓為2/3Vcc,加在同相輸入端,比較器C2的參考電壓為1/3Vcc,加在反相輸入端。比較器由兩個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)相同的集成運(yùn)放C1、C2組成。高電平觸發(fā)信號(hào)加在C1的反相輸入端,與同相輸入端的參考電壓比較后,其結(jié)果作為基本RS觸發(fā)器R端的輸入信號(hào);低電平觸發(fā)信號(hào)加在C2的同相輸入端,與反相輸入端的參考電壓比較后,其結(jié)果作為基本RS觸發(fā)器S端的輸入信號(hào);綬S觸發(fā)器的輸出狀態(tài)受比較器C1、C2的輸出端控制。

(二)555集成定時(shí)器的應(yīng)用1.單穩(wěn)態(tài)電路

前面介紹的雙穩(wěn)態(tài)觸發(fā)器具有兩個(gè)穩(wěn)態(tài)的輸出狀態(tài)

穩(wěn)態(tài)觸發(fā)器只有一個(gè)穩(wěn)態(tài)狀態(tài)。在未加觸發(fā)信號(hào)之前,觸發(fā)器處于穩(wěn)定狀態(tài),經(jīng)觸發(fā)后,觸發(fā)器由穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)翻轉(zhuǎn)為暫穩(wěn)狀態(tài),暫穩(wěn)狀態(tài)保持一段時(shí)間后,又會(huì)自動(dòng)翻轉(zhuǎn)回原來(lái)的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。單穩(wěn)態(tài)觸發(fā)器一般用于延時(shí)和脈沖整形電路。

1、N進(jìn)制計(jì)數(shù)器、譯碼顯示電路以及多謝振蕩器的工作原理和設(shè)計(jì)方法。2、所用期間的功能和外部引線排列。

兩個(gè)可預(yù)置四位二進(jìn)制計(jì)數(shù)器74LS163構(gòu)成秒計(jì)數(shù)器電路,兩個(gè)七段譯碼驅(qū)動(dòng)器74LS248以及電燈構(gòu)成數(shù)碼顯示器電路,其中下方的七段譯碼驅(qū)動(dòng)器74LS248可以不用,可以直接接四接口電燈。

電路中其他元件(開(kāi)關(guān)以及四2輸入與非門(mén)74LS00、雙4輸入與非門(mén)74LS20)構(gòu)成控制電路。

其中開(kāi)關(guān)1起清零作用,開(kāi)關(guān)2起暫停作用。

七、實(shí)驗(yàn)體會(huì)

這是本學(xué)期最后一次實(shí)驗(yàn),也是考試實(shí)驗(yàn),該實(shí)驗(yàn)考察了本學(xué)期學(xué)習(xí)的各個(gè)元件特別是計(jì)數(shù)器的實(shí)驗(yàn)是本學(xué)期實(shí)驗(yàn)的一大重點(diǎn),同時(shí)自行設(shè)計(jì)電路也讓我們學(xué)會(huì)將所學(xué)知識(shí)結(jié)合運(yùn)用,合理協(xié)調(diào)配合得到我們想要方案。操作實(shí)驗(yàn)中我們進(jìn)行的并不是非常順利,主要因?yàn)橹皼](méi)有進(jìn)行充分的復(fù)習(xí)準(zhǔn)備,同時(shí)操作時(shí)應(yīng)注意各個(gè)接口的接觸,以及七段譯碼驅(qū)動(dòng)器74LS248運(yùn)行需接上拉電阻等細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)題。
