一、益處:
1.對老師的益處:a.督促老師必須把握學情,并根據(jù)學情設(shè)計學案,這樣學案才能保證使用效果。b.拓寬了老師的教學思路,為新學期教學方法的調(diào)整做了鋪墊,因為老師根據(jù)假期自主學習比拼的情況能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)學生的優(yōu)點和學習上遇到的障礙。廢除了以往假期作業(yè)的盲目性和學生的應付情況。c.開學后節(jié)省了不少寶貴的課時。方便了老師有正對性的進行大膽取舍。
2.對學生的益處:a.學生的學習潛能得到了極大的開發(fā),有些學習相對較弱的同學利用假期時間,根據(jù)學案內(nèi)容,對基礎(chǔ)知識特別是詞匯進行了一個大補習,快速的趕上期其他同學。每個班都有這樣的同學,比如六班的張猛同學,經(jīng)過假期,詞匯扎實了許多,積極性上來了,成績明顯有了進步。當然閱讀和理解的差距趕上來還需要些時日。b.各班都涌現(xiàn)了自主學習的積極分子,他們遇到問題,先積極想辦法自己查閱資料,仍無法解決的主動向老師求教。這次比拼難度不小,但我們最高分94,90分以上的同學不下10人,這還是比較理想的。c.學生自主學習、自我管理的能力得到了有效提升。
3.加強了教師與家長之間的溝通。本次假期自主學習成果比較理想,這要得益于放假前老師們的認真?zhèn)湔n、學生家長會上對家長和學生進行的方法指導,使我們老師的設(shè)計初衷能夠零距離傳達到家長。假期中仍有家長與老師交流孩子的學習狀況,非常支持老師的工作,關(guān)注學生的成績。二、與預期結(jié)果的不同:
1.尖子生的成績比預想的要突出。但年級平均分與預想有差距。因為,年級平均分必須有全部同學積極參與假期自主學習做保障。這次重點班、文科班總體表現(xiàn)很好,3、4班有超過三分之一的同學假期自主學習基本沒有落實,成績很不理想,四十分左右的同學還有二十幾名。
2.比拼試題中含有聽力,一個假期沒有聽了,仍有同學表現(xiàn)出色,超出預想。但大部分同學聽力明顯較放假前有了退步。開學后要馬上試聽練耳。
3.各班有效落實自主學習的同學數(shù)量有了明顯提升。第一次自主學習時,參與的同學還是很多的。但到了第二次,參與數(shù)量明顯有了下降,本來想這次會不會繼續(xù)下降呢?但觀察結(jié)果,發(fā)現(xiàn)本次認真參與的同學遠遠高過第二次的,甚至超過了第一次認真參與的同學。四、發(fā)現(xiàn)了什么問題?
1.各班都有沒認真落實的同學,比如這次六班的劉星宇、李鴻基、楊一凡、劉昊和羅一京幾位同學假期自主學習落實得就不是很好,從本次的測試中他們的成績分別是58,62,75和59,和67,六班的平均分是78分,他們在成績上確實是班里的最后幾名。對于這部分同學,真正要落實的不是知識而是態(tài)度。2.普通班同學自主學習落實效果不理想。女生能有2/3做了,男生認真做的同學也就是1/2。自主學習任務目前沒有在這些同學身上實現(xiàn)。五、今后在自主學習的設(shè)計中需要有什么改進?
1.可以在重點題目后加入解析。
2.對于學困生的任務再進行分層優(yōu)化,便于他們的操作。3.適當增加小組合作的實踐操作性任務,提升學生的學習興趣。
