八年級上學(xué)期英語教學(xué)總結(jié)

時(shí)間如白駒過隙,眨眼間兩個(gè)月就過去了。在這個(gè)學(xué)期,我擔(dān)任了八年級的英語教學(xué)工作。根據(jù)本學(xué)期教學(xué)工作計(jì)劃安排,目前教學(xué)工作一將要結(jié)束。為了在以后的教學(xué)工作中能更好地發(fā)揮自己的能力,現(xiàn)將本學(xué)期英語教學(xué)工作總結(jié)如下,以方便找出一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)及改進(jìn)辦法。
一、學(xué)生的基本情況
由于這個(gè)班級的學(xué)生來源不同,有些學(xué)生在小學(xué)就已經(jīng)接觸過英語,有些初一才開始,所以對于英語教學(xué)的接受程度很不一致。但有一個(gè)共同點(diǎn):除了兩個(gè)曾在珠三角讀過小學(xué)的學(xué)生外,其他在當(dāng)?shù)鼗蚋浇r(nóng)村小學(xué)升上初一的學(xué)生英語基礎(chǔ)都極為薄弱。這就要求教師在進(jìn)行英語教學(xué)時(shí)要一邊抓基礎(chǔ)一邊按教學(xué)進(jìn)度進(jìn)行教學(xué)。英語基礎(chǔ)包括重新學(xué)習(xí)音標(biāo)、復(fù)數(shù)、人稱、介詞等。例如音標(biāo)的學(xué)習(xí),本學(xué)期我就學(xué)生單詞難以記住這一問題,重新教學(xué)生讀、記及運(yùn)用英語音標(biāo)。由于音標(biāo)的教學(xué)是在第二周才開始,學(xué)生在第一周的英語學(xué)習(xí),包括單詞記憶中體會(huì)到?jīng)]有掌握單詞拼讀能力帶來的困難,于是就會(huì)比較積極主動(dòng)地學(xué)習(xí)音標(biāo)。部分成績較好、對英語學(xué)習(xí)非常積極的女生甚至主動(dòng)提供意見如何學(xué)習(xí)才能更有效果。所以,要想教學(xué)順利進(jìn)行,了解學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況是非常有必要的。
二、采取的教學(xué)措施
1、認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n。教學(xué)中,備課是一個(gè)必不可少的環(huán)節(jié),既要備學(xué)生,又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好,會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響課堂氣氛和積極性,我明白到備課的重要性,因此,每天我都花費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間在備課之上,認(rèn)認(rèn)真真鉆研教材和教法,不滿意就不收工。雖然辛苦,但事實(shí)證明是值得的。
2、教學(xué)過程中,注意抓常規(guī)教學(xué),以學(xué)生為主體,面向全體學(xué)生組織教學(xué),注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的聽說讀寫的能力,充分利用早讀時(shí)間,要求學(xué)生大聲朗讀課文。
3、抓基礎(chǔ),如上所提到。
4、結(jié)合實(shí)物、圖片等用英語進(jìn)行簡單的描述,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語言表達(dá)能力。5、抓課堂作業(yè)、單元測試過關(guān),并注重復(fù)習(xí)。
三、建立融洽的師生關(guān)系由于剛畢業(yè)不久,剛開始時(shí)我多少有點(diǎn)把學(xué)生當(dāng)做什么都不懂的小孩子來看待,學(xué)生做錯(cuò)事我就以長輩那種權(quán)威的語氣教訓(xùn)學(xué)生,導(dǎo)致個(gè)別男生對我的教育有抵觸情緒。幸好我很快就意識(shí)到,初一學(xué)生的獨(dú)立性開始已經(jīng)逐漸增強(qiáng),自尊心也在漸增,他們渴望得到尊重。于是我就立即改變策略,以平等、友好的姿態(tài)和學(xué)生交流,師生矛盾才沒有激發(fā),反而和學(xué)生關(guān)系日漸親密,成為無話不談的朋友,學(xué)生在課堂上違反紀(jì)律的現(xiàn)象也得到改善。
由此我認(rèn)識(shí)到,師生之間只有互相尊重,互相信任,才能建立起友好關(guān)系,從而促進(jìn)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。所以必須樹立正確的學(xué)生觀,正確認(rèn)識(shí)學(xué)生的主體地位。所以,上課時(shí)我是學(xué)生的老師,循循善誘和激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,大膽求異創(chuàng)新;課后我卻成為他們的好朋友,無話不談,亮起心靈之光;生活上,給予他們最及時(shí)的幫助,關(guān)懷備至。
