太平哨完小紀念“三八”國際勞動婦女節(jié)活動總結

為紀念“三八”國際勞動婦女節(jié),全面貫徹黨的婦女政策,營造濃郁的節(jié)日氣氛,豐富我校女教師的業(yè)余文化生活,激勵廣大女教師以飽滿的熱情和最佳的工作狀態(tài)在本職崗位上建功立業(yè),根據(jù)陸良縣婦聯(lián)和大莫古鎮(zhèn)中心學校的工作部署,并結合我校實際,開展了本次慶祝活動,活動取得了較好的效果,現(xiàn)把活動情況總結如下:一、加強領導,積極營造濃郁的節(jié)日氣氛

十六屆三中全會決定指出:“堅持以人為本,樹立全面、協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)的發(fā)展觀,促進經(jīng)濟社會和人的全面發(fā)展!奔訌妺D女工作,充分發(fā)揮廣大女教師的積極性是全面貫徹黨的婦女政策,促進可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必由之路。

學校領導對組織“三八”節(jié)活動高度重視。在“三八”節(jié)前夕,制定了本次活動計劃,從計劃、經(jīng)費、活動安排等方面,都作了具體部署和安排,每一個細節(jié)都傾注著領導對女教師無聲的關懷,體現(xiàn)了一個領導者所具有的風范,既提高了大家對婦女工作重要性的認識,又營造了濃郁的節(jié)日氣氛。

二、結合學校實際,開展慶;顒

1、大力宣傳婦女政策,營造節(jié)日氛圍

學校通過張貼標語,板報等宣傳工具開展有重點、有深度、有聲勢的集中宣傳活動,形成一個有利于婦女進步發(fā)展的輿論氛圍。大力宣傳馬克思主義婦女觀和男女平等的基本國策,宣傳婦女在和諧社會建設中的地位和作用等。2、開展唱歌活動

3月8日下午,學校組織了女教師在太平哨小學舉行唱歌活動,讓廣大女教師在活動中放松自己,愉悅身心。

3、開展感恩活動

通過學校的統(tǒng)一要求,各班以“媽媽,真好!”為主題開展活動,要求學生了解自己的媽媽,感受媽媽的“愛”,并為媽媽做一件事。

4、開展扶貧幫困活動

學校組織教師對學生進行走訪調(diào)查,了解貧困學生的生活和學習情況,為貧困學生建立檔案,有針對性地進行長期、有效的幫扶活動。要求教師在貧困生的物質(zhì)要給予資助,在精神要給予鼓勵,培養(yǎng)他們自強、自立的精神。

三、活動的重要意義

總之,今年的“三八”紀念活動,我校過各項活動形式凝聚人心,振奮精神,使廣大女教師以高昂的姿態(tài)和頑強的精神投身于全面推進素質(zhì)教育的偉大實踐中。
