201*年,我店人事部工作,在酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的正確帶領(lǐng)下,堅(jiān)持“尊重、理解,克難奮進(jìn)、共創(chuàng)輝煌”的重要思想為指導(dǎo),深入貫徹落實(shí)鄧總在201*年度酒店工作的指導(dǎo)精神,在人事工作日益繁重,酒店管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大幅度提高的新形式下,通過(guò)本部門及酒店全體員工的共同努力,基本完成了預(yù)期工作目標(biāo),并且取得了一定的成績(jī)。一、考勤管理:
201*年度按照鄧總的指示,人事部對(duì)考勤管理實(shí)行指紋考勤與紙卡考勤相結(jié)合的方法,認(rèn)真做好每天各部門人員出勤卡的跟蹤檢查工作,及時(shí)將檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的異常現(xiàn)象反饋到各部門,并及時(shí)主動(dòng)做好與各部門之間的溝通與反饋工作,使得考勤管理與之有很大的改進(jìn),且取得了非常好的效應(yīng)。但是在考勤管理取得一定成績(jī)的同時(shí)也出現(xiàn)了一些問(wèn)題,部門考勤管理較混亂,管理人員對(duì)部門員工的考勤管理不嚴(yán)格,對(duì)違反考勤制度的員工的處理不及時(shí)、不嚴(yán)格,這些問(wèn)題將在201*年度作為人事部完善考勤管理的一項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)工作,人事部將在
201*年度加大加強(qiáng)對(duì)各部門的考勤監(jiān)管力度,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行酒店相關(guān)考勤制度,絕不姑息和放縱違反考勤制度的行為。二、檔案管理:
酒店各類檔案的管理是人事部一項(xiàng)重要而又繁雜、細(xì)致的工作。人事部在原有的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)各類檔案進(jìn)行了較細(xì)的分類。從員工的入職到每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的資料進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的歸整,嚴(yán)格按部門崗位進(jìn)行整理、編號(hào)、存檔。在各類檔案的存放管理上比較科學(xué)的進(jìn)行了細(xì)分和對(duì)號(hào)入庫(kù),使各類檔案的管理逐步達(dá)到了便于查找,方便查找,一目了然,提高了檔案管理的工作效率與工作質(zhì)量,避免了缺項(xiàng),解決了亂丟亂放的現(xiàn)象,使各類檔案的管理更大規(guī)范化和系統(tǒng)化。
三、酒店規(guī)章制度的建立

人事部在201*年,按照鄧總的相關(guān)指示,完成了本酒店的企業(yè)文化的初步建立,使得酒店指導(dǎo)思想“尊重、理解,克難奮進(jìn)”深入人心,也使得酒店員工在自身素質(zhì)與修養(yǎng)上有很大的提高。

截止201*年12月26日酒店員工99人,酒店職能部門人員占比例為34%,業(yè)務(wù)人員占比例為3%,一線服務(wù)崗位占比例為49%。
六、招聘、培訓(xùn)工作盤點(diǎn)(一)招聘渠道及費(fèi)用:1、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)招聘
今年的招聘效果不明顯,后期主要采用了網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘和發(fā)放傳單的形式進(jìn)行招聘,201*年將采用傳單、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)招聘會(huì)、招聘宣傳廣告、員工推薦等形式加強(qiáng)招聘力度;2、報(bào)紙招聘
今年共進(jìn)行了2次報(bào)紙招聘,主要針對(duì)酒店緊缺的管理人才和服務(wù)人員,另外通過(guò)報(bào)紙酒店也做了相應(yīng)的宣傳工作。3、網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘
今年我們使用了嘉魚熱線網(wǎng)招聘,使用幾個(gè)月來(lái)發(fā)現(xiàn)在招聘基層崗位比較適合,人員也比較穩(wěn)定。4、內(nèi)部員工介紹
201*年通過(guò)內(nèi)部員工的介紹,有員工到我酒店工作,201*年還將加大內(nèi)部員工的介紹力度,做好宣傳。(二)培訓(xùn)工作
酒店201*年下半年主要進(jìn)行了以下培訓(xùn)工作:
1、消防知識(shí)培訓(xùn)及演練
201*年10月份,酒店由人事部組織,由保安部牽頭,為酒店餐飲部和客房部?jī)纱蟛块T的絕大多數(shù)人員舉行了一次規(guī)模較大的消防培訓(xùn)及消防演練,通過(guò)組織培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí),提高了員工消防安全意識(shí),掌握了一定的自救知識(shí),員工在工作中的自查意識(shí)也有了一定的提高。
2、服務(wù)技能、服務(wù)禮儀培訓(xùn)
10月、11月人事部多次組織了對(duì)客房部、餐飲部的服務(wù)禮節(jié)、儀容儀表、服務(wù)技能等相關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí)的培訓(xùn),使得客房部和餐飲部在服務(wù)質(zhì)量上有所提升。
七、薪酬盤點(diǎn)
(一)薪資結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整
201*年酒店行業(yè)整體薪酬水平上漲,7月份酒店根據(jù)社會(huì)實(shí)際工資變化情況,對(duì)酒店各個(gè)崗位的薪酬進(jìn)行了調(diào)整,上漲幅度達(dá)到7%15%。
(二)進(jìn)行內(nèi)外部薪酬調(diào)查,調(diào)整薪酬體系,提高薪酬競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。基于提升酒店薪酬競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的需要,更是為了在企業(yè)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中平衡人員職業(yè)滿意度,人事部在酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的工作布署下將于201*年3月下旬開(kāi)始了為期半個(gè)月的薪酬資料的調(diào)查分析。
八、勞動(dòng)保險(xiǎn)管理。

結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及酒店的實(shí)際經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,201*年人事部的戰(zhàn)略定位為“內(nèi)部整休、管理提升、加強(qiáng)執(zhí)行力”,圍繞企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略定位,201*年度人力資源的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)為提升企業(yè)人力資源的整體素質(zhì),形成一個(gè)具有核心價(jià)值理念、專業(yè)技能突出、管理能力強(qiáng)、有序流動(dòng)的企業(yè)人力資源團(tuán)隊(duì),突顯企業(yè)在“人才”方面的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。二、人力資源發(fā)展規(guī)劃
(一)企業(yè)內(nèi)部的有序人才梯隊(duì)的培養(yǎng)與形成
充分挖掘內(nèi)部員工的潛能,通過(guò)2-3年時(shí)間的大力度培養(yǎng)內(nèi)部員工,集中培養(yǎng)管理崗位和專業(yè)技能崗位。員工的發(fā)展通道為管理崗位和技能崗位的雙通道。技術(shù)型崗位通過(guò)個(gè)人技能級(jí)別鑒定來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人發(fā)展的突破,不同級(jí)別可享受到酒店專門設(shè)置的技術(shù)崗位的技能津貼。關(guān)鍵管理崗位的增補(bǔ)以內(nèi)部增補(bǔ)為主,即出現(xiàn)崗位空缺,通過(guò)內(nèi)部梯隊(duì)選拔的方式甄選出同崗位相匹配的人選,激勵(lì)酒店員工的工作積極性,激發(fā)員工自我學(xué)習(xí)、提升的激情,從而提升團(tuán)隊(duì)的整體素質(zhì),創(chuàng)造出學(xué)習(xí)型的團(tuán)隊(duì)氛圍,人人爭(zhēng)先恐后,相互趕超,積極上進(jìn)。(二)政策、制度及項(xiàng)目支持

B、校園招聘的優(yōu)勢(shì)為資源集中,投入少,具有增值效應(yīng),201*年將作為招聘工作的一個(gè)重點(diǎn);
C、網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘主要通過(guò)《嘉魚熱線網(wǎng)》發(fā)布招聘信息,重點(diǎn)增補(bǔ)基層服務(wù)人員和專業(yè)技能型人才;
D、招聘宣傳工作將作為招聘工作的另一項(xiàng)重點(diǎn),以傳單、報(bào)刊和廣告的方式來(lái)做宣傳,這樣即能起到一個(gè)招聘的宣傳工作也能對(duì)酒店有一個(gè)很好的宣傳。
D、其它招聘渠道:通過(guò)下崗再就業(yè)中心推薦,人才交流中心信息發(fā)布等形式。(2)培訓(xùn)發(fā)展
①根據(jù)201*年部門培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,按時(shí)按量完成部門的培訓(xùn)工作,重點(diǎn)為:崗位職責(zé)、微笑服務(wù)、交流溝通、服務(wù)技能、服務(wù)意識(shí)、企業(yè)理念培訓(xùn)。
②推行內(nèi)部員工技能大比武
在技術(shù)性崗位中推行員工技能比武,結(jié)合具體工作情況,組織員工技能比武;推行崗位述職,每半年組織述職一次,一般在年度和半年度會(huì)議召開(kāi)之后,通過(guò)述職進(jìn)一步明確崗位職責(zé)及工作
目標(biāo)。
③建立培訓(xùn)管理體制
建立人事部培訓(xùn)管理體系,加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)與培訓(xùn)管理,配合各部門組織建立起各部門的培訓(xùn)機(jī)制,實(shí)行部門自身培訓(xùn)與酒店培訓(xùn)相結(jié)合的方式,能讓員工處處享受培訓(xùn)、每天都能培訓(xùn),使得培訓(xùn)一體化、機(jī)制化、結(jié)構(gòu)化、有效化,人事部將積極的配合與監(jiān)督各個(gè)部門的培訓(xùn)工作,使得全體酒店員工在各個(gè)方面有一個(gè)質(zhì)的提升。
三、人力資源管理體系的構(gòu)建
(一)建立起人力資源各個(gè)模塊的規(guī)范體系,制定并完善各項(xiàng)操作流程,該項(xiàng)工作具有一定的周期性,通過(guò)一年左右的時(shí)間將各個(gè)模塊的工作流程及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)細(xì)化;201*年度重點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)規(guī)范招聘管理流程、人事檔案管理流程;完善酒店的規(guī)章制度:?jiǎn)T工休假管理規(guī)定、員工福利制度等。

(二)協(xié)助各個(gè)部門制定和完善工作流程及工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn),明確各項(xiàng)工作的操作流程,提高工作效率和質(zhì)量,通過(guò)一年的系統(tǒng)梳理,使酒店各個(gè)部門的運(yùn)作更加暢順、高效。
四、薪酬方面工作
1、完善酒店基層崗位工資待遇及工資結(jié)構(gòu)。
2、完善績(jī)效考核的正激勵(lì)加分項(xiàng)目,突出績(jī)效考核的正面激勵(lì)作用;重點(diǎn)突出人才培養(yǎng)方面及工作流程優(yōu)化方面的正激勵(lì)力度;同時(shí)對(duì)部門的人才梯隊(duì)培養(yǎng)關(guān)注力度不夠的部門加強(qiáng)督導(dǎo)。
五、質(zhì)檢工作:

六、后勤管理
人事部將在201*年度對(duì)酒店后勤板塊重新作出管理計(jì)劃與方針,特別是酒店員工宿舍的管理與員工生活的管理方面下足功夫,針對(duì)員工宿舍的管理將在以下幾個(gè)方面作出改進(jìn):①宿舍人員的住宿安全問(wèn)題,人事部將在201*年度的第一季度對(duì)所有的員工宿舍做一次打的安全排查工作,保障住宿人員的人身安全。②宿舍衛(wèi)生管理的建立,使得我們的員工宿舍干凈、整潔、衛(wèi)生。③宿舍各項(xiàng)管理制度的建立,使員工宿舍管理有章可循。員工生活方面,人事部將建立員工業(yè)余生活計(jì)劃,如出游、生日會(huì)、運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)、技能評(píng)比、野炊等,人事部還將建立員工心聲計(jì)劃,及時(shí)、深入的了解員工心聲。
