前臺領班工作總結
尊敬的各位領導:上午好!
我叫xxx,是前廳部總臺的一名員工。經過了忙碌而充實的201*年我們迎來了嶄新而又充滿希望的201*年。站在這里我感慨萬千,能夠參加優(yōu)秀員工的演講,不僅代表了領導的器重和同事的認可也體現(xiàn)了大家對我在工作能力上的肯定,再次我要感謝領導和同事對我的信任,謝謝大家!
由剛來會館時的一名員工成長為一名領班,我能深刻的認識到提升的不僅僅是我的職位,同事也是領導對我的期望和自己肩上的責任。要當好領班就是要在工作中事事都做員工的榜樣,同事要能調動同事們的積極性,給于她們充分的信任。我正是這樣做著,慢慢地積累細節(jié)經驗,毫無保留地運用到我的工作當中,并提高自身的管理水平。
作為會館的一員,我用百分百的熱情和周到的服務換來客人滿意的微笑。雖然我的工作很普通,但我從不因為它普通而放棄追求。因為我每天都在幫助別人,賓客從我這里得到滿意的服務,我也從賓客滿意的眼神中得到了滿足,找到快樂。
作為總臺領班,我不僅僅要當好總臺的接待和收銀,還要負責前廳部的內勤工作,負責前廳部物品的領用及保管、考勤等。作為前廳部的小管家,物品管理方面我時刻遵循會館的宗旨節(jié)約開支,控制好成本。為節(jié)約費用,控制好辦公用品,小到領用一根筆芯我都要求以舊換新。我經常提醒前廳部每一位同事用使用過一面的白紙來復
印內部用資料。我看到前臺的歡迎卡一次性使用非常的浪費,就主動向經理提出對回收的較新的歡迎卡可以循環(huán)使用,并得到了經理的同意。通過這些控制,為酒店創(chuàng)收做出前廳部應有的貢獻。物品的保管我能做到帳物相符。考勤方面,我堅持每天實事求是劃考勤,每月及時將考勤上報,保證部門工作的正常運行。
給位領導:今天如果我競選上了優(yōu)秀員工,我會很高興,但不會驕傲,它只會鞭策我不斷的進步,將工作做得更好。如果我沒有競選上我也不會氣餒,我會更加的努力,進一步完善自己。
